Still .1 to go

So if you only lose .2 in 3 days, does that mean that you've stalled? If so, thats where I am. Still at 169.1. I really want to keep losing, but my body is holding onto this weight for something...if its like this tomorrow, I might do an apple day.

  1. You are not stalling. If you don't lose anything for five days or more, that would be a stall. How's the potty action? To much sodium? Not enough water? Things to think about...

    Hang on and you'll see results...You could be pleasantly surprised with a BIG loss.
